Very dry, with considerable acidity. Minerals and fruit. On the 2nd night the wine was softer and fruitier.
Cheap white Bordeaux has come a long way. If you like Sauvignon Blanc but are beginning to tire of the simple fruit, and the fact that they all tast alike, then wines like this are the antidote.
