The blog is maintained by Byron Sharp. It’s largely a personal resource for me (so I can look up wines I’ve tried). Which hopefully will useful to others – who if they are anything like me use websearch to find reviews of wines.
I like elegant food friendly wines, of character. That said, I live in Australia, and I do appreciate ‘big reds’. But I don’t like the current trend (worldwide ?) towards high alcohol, sweet, extracted, syrupy wines.
